Syndication Reports

Syndication is crucial to exposing your listings to as many prospects as possible. That is why when it comes to sydication, every Standard, Professional and Premium member has access to the Syndication Report. Select a Start Date and End Date to view the number of Detail Views or Referral Clicks your listings have received to find out exactly how well your listings are performing.

Detail Views include both listing views on your site as well as views on syndication and partner sites. Referral clicks are when a listing is advertised on a syndication partner and a potential prospect clicks through to the Detailed View on your site.

Performance Summaries

Every Standard, Professional and Premium member has access to the Performance Summaries section. Create reports summarizing individual listing activity, activity by location, and listing activity by date for a specified range.

The flexibility of the Performance section allows you to choose from pre-selected timeframes (1 week, 2 weeks, and last month) or to create your own customized timeframe. Detailed statistics for each of your listings are featured in your report including how many times each Point2 feature was used (download listing brochure, view map, listing emailed, etc) for each individual listing. Analyze which of your listings are generating the most attention and apply that to your other listings.

Use the Location reports to determine how many detailed views/listing you are receiving for each of your selling areas. Compare your selling area statistics to those of other Point2 members in your area.

Executive Reports

Generating statistics with your website’s reporting tools yields valuable information on the performance of your site, but how do you interpret those statistics and use them to your advantage? Properly analyzing your website statistics can have a huge impact on the effectiveness and success of your site.

Point2 Executive Reports are an intelligent reporting tool that will assist you in determining strategies for increasing web traffic and prospect generation based on an assessment of your current website statistics. Areas needing improvement are identified, and recommendations are provided to enhance these areas. Your reports will highlight valuable marketing tools that will motivate visitors to continue returning to your site. Each Executive Report is tailored for your website, and provides timely recommendations focused on increasing your business results.

Executive Reports are delivered to Point2 members on a weekly basis.

Performance Index

The Performance Index ranks Point2 members in order to give them and other members an indication of how effectively they are using their Point2 web solution. The Performance Index will allow members to better qualify who they would like to create Handshake™ relationships with, to whom they feel comfortable sending referrals, whose site they would like to provide a link to, and other community-based qualifications, as well as helping consumers learn more about the real estate professionals in their area. Point2 set out to develop a fair and balanced algorithm to determine how effective members are in their online marketing efforts.

Improving Your Performance Index Score

Point2 provides some incredible tools to help you get your listings and your brand all over the web. This area of the Performance Index checks how well you are using those tools.

Improvement Questions:

  • Are you using the Drip Email system to help convert prospects?
  • Are you using Point2 enhancements for increased exposure? (Point2 Exposure Engine™)
  • Do you ensure that you can respond to inquiries quickly by using Prospect Text Messaging?
  • Is your website effective in attracting and retaining visitors?
  • Are you adding lots of photos and detailed descriptions to your listings?
  • Are you making use of the Point2 listing enhancements available to you? (audio attachments, listing brochures, virtual tours, etc.)
  • Are you giving your clients access to their listing? (seller login, seller comments, etc.)
  • Are you marking your listings as ‘Sold’ after a transaction has occurred?

Your Point2 NLS software starts with a website, and making sure that you’ve done all you can to make your website effective is important.

Improvement Questions:

  • Have you customized your site with the tools available to you? (logo, photo, Google™ Sitemap, 3rd level domains, etc.)
  • Do you modify your site regularly?
  • Have you provided unique content so that visitors are attracted to your site?
  • Have you provided valuable content so that visitors tend to remain on your site?
  • Have you provided meaningful content that generates prospects?

What is it?

Where is it used?
Currently the Point2 Performance Index is displayed in the Handshake™ summaries, and is used on Point2 Homes to determine the order in which members appear in the Agent Directory (score is not currently visible to the public).

How can I improve my score?
The Performance Index system is designed to reward members who put some time and effort into maintaining and building their websites and their online marketing. Please refer to the "Improving Your Score" section of the Point2 NLS User Manual.

I'm a buyer's agent. Can I still achieve a good score?
Absolutely. Great care was taken to ensure that even members without listings can achieve an excellent score. Having a strong web presence and being an effective online marketer can take many forms and the Performance Index Algorithm takes this into account.

Can I easily track my rating?
This is an important feature that is currently being developed and should be available soon.

What are the exact criteria for the rating?
Because revealing this information may result in the abuse of the system, we cannot reveal the precise weighting of various factors in the Performance Index algorithm. The most important thing to remember is that the Performance Index is designed to reward those members who work hard to improve their online marketing efficacy.

Point2 Homes Statistics

Your web reporting tools can help you determine the number of online visitors that are viewing your listings on Point2 Homes as well as record the number of online leads created through your listings on Point2 Homes. No additional work is required on your end, simply add the listings to your own website and watch the stats and leads roll in from Point2 Homes (you may opt out of syndication to Point2 Homes, or any other syndication partner, at any time).

Various reporting tools in your Online Office will assist you in determining just how much traffic is a direct result of listings on Point2 Homes. Access these reporting tools through the Website reports section of your Online Office (located under the ‘Marketing Tab’).

Use such reporting tools as:

Website Activity Summaries

Professional and Premium members also have access to customizable website activity reports. These reports help members identify what sections of their site are most valuable to their prospects. Is it your listings page, your online reports, your mortgage calculator?

Identify your visitors’ patterns, learn how often they return to your site and, when they do return, what information brings them back. The reports on your site will provide you with answers about where you should be focusing most of your marketing, advertising and web maintenance efforts.

Point2 NLS goes one step further by allowing you to track statistics for each individual domain name that you own. This aids in determining which one of your URLs has the highest performance (great for search engine optimization purposes)

 

 

 

12 comprehensive reports are available regarding your website activity (completely customizable by date range and listed by URL):

Page Views: The number of times the pages on your website were viewed

Unique Visitors: The number of unique visitors that visit your site

One-Day Return Visitors: The number of visitors who return to your site after a one day absence

One-Week Return Visitors: The number of visitors who return to your site after a one week absence

One-Month Return Visitors: The number of visitors who return . . . you get the idea :)

New Prospect: The number of new prospects your website has generated. Prospects are visitors who have performed some sort of action on your site, thereby generating a prospect profile

Feedback Submission: The number of times your feedback form has been filled out

Document Requests: The number of times a document was requested off of your site

Listing Notifiers: The number of listing notifiers (auto home search) that were created on your site

Home Evaluations: The number of Home Evaluations that have been submitted via your site

Agent Emailed: The number of times you’ve been sent an email via the ‘email agent’ link (found within detailed listings)

Enhanced Seller Reports

Professional and Premium members have the option of providing their sellers with a private login area where they may view online statistics regarding their listing.

Premium members also have access to the Enhanced Seller Reports. The Enhanced Seller Reports allow members to attach additional listing information to the sellers’ area including such files as hot sheets, floor plans and inspection reports.

Using the Email Seller Login auto email, you can send your sellers their private login information, giving them access to their own private area. Using your sellers’ login area and Enhanced Seller Reports make your clients feel like they are involved in every step of the real estate transaction.

After logging in using their password, your sellers have access to various types of reports that are automatically generated and updated by your site.

From this area, sellers may preview their listing (as displayed on your site), view a copy of the listing brochure, view notes regarding their listing (made by the listing agent), and most importantly, view detailed reports on the performance of their online listing. Sellers may also directly contact their listing agent from this secure area. Members can also track when sellers login to their secure area to view their own stats.

Enhanced Seller Reports are accessible by sellers under the ‘Attachments’ section of their secure area.

Listing Activity Summaries

Available to Professional and Premium members, the Listing Activity Summaries provide you with listing-specific reports such as daily performance, statistics on the usage of the various tools within each listing (map, listing brochure) and the number of times a listing was mailed to a prospective client.

The Listing Summary report even allows you to track the statistics for each individual domain name that you own. Using these reports, you can determine which of your domain names is generating the most traffic and the highest performance - great for search engine marketing!

Professional members have access to the following types of reports:

Listing Emailed: Reports the number of times a listing was emailed.

Map Viewed: Reports the number of times a map was viewed.

Attachments Requested: Reports the number of times an attachment was requested.

Mortgage Calculator Used: Reports the number of times the mortgage calculator was used on a specific listing.

Virtual Tour Viewed: Reports the number of times a user viewed a virtual tour for one of your listings.

Listing Brochure: Tracks the number of times another Point2 Member created a listing brochure for one of your listings.

New Listing Notifications Sent: Reports the number of times a visitor emailed one of your listings off of your site.

Listing Viewed (as Featured Listing): Reports the number of times a listing was viewed on your website as a "Featured Listing".

Listing Brochure Created: Reports the number of times another Member created a Listing Brochure using one of your listings.

Banner Advertising

Track Your Ad Performance
Are your banner ads receiving exposure? Performance Reports keep you informed. Point2 NLS has provided you with Performance Reports to allow you to see how many visitors are viewing your ads as well as which pages and emails are generating the most views.

You are able to create customized Performance Reports detailing:

  • Clickable and Non-Clickable Impressions – Total number of times the banner has been viewed
  • Click Throughs - Total number of times the banner has been clicked through to the advertiser’s website
  • Percentage Click Throughs - The percentage of impressions that result in click throughs
  • Website Impressions – The number of times the specific banner has been viewed on your website
  • Email Impressions – The number of times the banner has been viewed in a website-generated email
  • Listing Details View Impressions – The number of times the banner has been viewed on a detailed listing view
  • Mortgage Calculator Impressions – The number of times the banner has been viewed on a mortgage calculation
This report not only allows you to see the exposure each banner is receiving, but also the higher traffic areas of your website. Higher traffic pages indicate more valuable ad space. These reports can be created directly through your Banner Ad section through the Performance option.

Point2 NLS has made it easy for you to inform your advertisers on their banner ad performance. You are able to provide your advertisers with customized reports for each of their banners including non-clickable and clickable impressions, click throughs, and % of click throughs. These reports can be created directly through your Banner Ad section through the Advertiser option (Premium members only).

Ad Inventory Reports

Calculate Your Ad Inventory
Individual performance reports are available for each of your banner ads. The Banner Ad Inventory Reports calculate the total number of banner click-throughs and impressions on your site. This report is available to all membership levels and is located in the Banner Ad section.

 

Standard and Professional members have access to the following information:

  • Cumulative summary of Page Views – Total views from your website pages
  • Cumulative summary of Email Views – Total views from your website generated emails
  • Cumulative summary of Total Views – Combined total views from website pages and website generated emails
  • Potential Impressions –The number of times a banner was viewed on your site (broken down by web page)

Once your subscription is upgraded to the Premium level, the Inventory Report will also display the page details for:

  • Clickable and Non-Clickable Impressions – Total number of times banners were viewed on your site
  • Click Throughs – Total number of times a banner has been clicked through to the advertiser’s website
  • Percentage Click Throughs - The percentage of impressions that result in click throughs
