I am an American living full time in Brazil. I have now for six years bought and sold over seven properties and have more properties for sale today. I have lawyers and much information that one would want in knowing the laws in brazil in what to look for and what to watch out for in venturing to buy real estate in Brazil Visa information is available upon asking me for information that I have to provide you. I do not have a license to sell properties here in Brazil but I represent many properties that real estate companies are license in showing and selling , and some properties such as my own and some owned by friends who have me showing their propeties.
Many and most of of the real estate companies here in Santa Catarina and Brazil have agents that do not speak English so they that I know have me be an independent agent who shows, talks, and then brings buyer to license agent to close on the sale.
