Jan Gong

`Jan` Gong adds an international dimension to the Realty Executives Devonshire Realty team. Originally from China, Jan worked for the United Nations before settling in Lethbridge 15 years ago. She has a special understanding of the needs of those who are new to Canada, but she looks forward to helping everyone find exactly what they are looking for. In addition to English, she speaks fluent Mandarin and some Cantonese. Explaining the details of a real estate transaction in a client`s mother tongue often eliminates much of the anxiety of those who are not confident speaking English. Jan is commited to going the extra mile to ensure that her client`s needs are successfully met in a professional and straightforward manner. Whether buying or selling, Jan`s goal is to make the whole process as simple and effective as possible.
