Hello all! And thanks for taking an interest in me and my website. Since you're willing to learn more about me, then I guess I'll tell you! My name is Patrick Milligan, I am married to a wonderful wife, Tenia, and we have 4 wonderful children, 2 boys and 2 girls ranging in age from 2 years to 15 years old (What a spread! I Know!) We all live on an acreage north of Gibbons and I am proud to say I live on the same quarter section of land I grew up on. My father and mother (my father Rick is also myt partner in real estate), My sister Leah, (who will be joining us in real estate later this year) and her family, and my brother and his family all live within 1 km of the home we grew up in. Needless to say, we are a close knit family, and I guess my parents established strong family values well.
In my time when I'm not working with Real Estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, enjoying the outdoors, wildlife and outdoor photography (some of which has been published in magazines), tinkering with anything thats motorized, doing home renovations, or getting away with the family on an outing. My oldest son and I plan on doing some ATVing this year, and perhaps taking a few trips.
Ever since I started working away from the farm when I was 15, I have prided myself on doing an above grade job, and making sure those I worked with and for were pleased with the results of my work. I have always been service oriented, and in the path of careers I have taken, it's been a good trait to have. I have a long history with customer service and sales going back to when I was 19 and started outside sales with Kar Products. I always differentiated myself in the marketplace by offering a higher level of service and a goal to not sell product, but help my clients solve problems, and find creative soloutions when the need arose. By having that outlook to how I do my work, I still have friendships with clients I dealt with 10 years ago, and many clients chose to continue dealing with me as my career changed.

I grew up in the tourism industry being a part of the family farm, McLeod Creek Farm (www.mcleodcreekfarm.com), and seeing well over 10,000 people per year who would visit, as well as bringing livestock offsite for Petting Zoos and the occasional TV Commercial.

I have 6 years worth of outside sales mostly in Edmonton and Area, Territoy Management and Sales Rep training from Fort McMurry as far south as Cranbrook, BC. I then worked 2 years as corporate purchaser and inventory manager for 3 dealersips, to see the buyers side of the table.

I then took a year off to help my wife after the birth of our 4th child, and since then, I have researched Real Estate investing and been a Licensed Realtor in Alberta. I have experience with everything from acreage lots, to single family homes and multi-family properties, up to multi-million dollar development land transactions.

I am partnered with my father, Rick, and this allows us both to be effective, and ensure all customers are cared for and given the attenton they need. Having a team working for you as a buyer, or a seller, gives you the strength of 2 people working for your best interest. We are ever bearing in mind that your new home is the largest investment you are likely to make, and we should be treating you with the care, patience, and guidance that you deserve.
