Josh and his family moved up from Victoria to the Cowichan Valley in 2001. Now you couldn’t pay them to live anywhere else! Josh’s wife, Selina Boily operates a busy midwifery practice in the Valley and his two boys will graduate from local Schools in 2010 and 2012.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Josh completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Malaspina University in Nanaimo. Before that he worked as a stay at home dad and in sylvaculture, construction and landscaping. Josh is passionate about local issues regarding economics, ecologically sound development, and food security.
Whether you are a current resident or are thinking of moving to the area and need help finding the right home, property or business, Josh is enthusiastic about earning your business. As a Real Estate Representative Josh is excited about helping you through the entire process of buying or selling your home. He works closely with his clients, providing personal, professional and caring service. His goal is for his clients to feel empowered with all the information they need at every stage of the process. Josh prides himself his honest and no-hype approach to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals!
Josh believes strongly that the real estate market on Vancouver Island is unique - a destination for people seeking quality of life. Josh is confident that the rain-shadow areas of the island will remain a desirable place to live, and therefore Real Estate in the Cowichan Valley is a very good long-term investment. Josh also believes strongly in maintaining the Islands rural character and is an advocate for conservation and selective ecologically responsible development and growth.
