I've been sucessfully helping people with their decision making in buying and selling real estate since 1981. In 1985, I received my Diploma in the 4 year Real Estate Management course from UBC. Real Estate brokering is an ever changing business so I have over the years continuously taken courses on sales and marketing, real estate law, techniques and skills, sales psychology, etc. to keep up with all the changes.
