Kim Bihari grew up in Saskatoon and the search for his life’s work allowed him to live in Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg until he landed in Dallas, Texas were he used his business acumen to hone a career in music production, management of artists and development of talent. Kim was responsible for Negotiating recording contracts and signing many artists to major record labels. He has always known that he would own real estate and while working as the President of his own music company, he became a part time real estate investor, purchasing Seventeen Homes in his first Two Years. It became apparent that real estate was the best, safest and most rewarding of all his accomplishments and Kim began to pursue that fulltime. Kim’s knowledge in real estate is grounded in first hand experience as a Property Investor in both residential and commercial property. He is a "Problem Solver" who has the work ethic to get the job done. Because of his personal Success in Investing in real estate, he is exceptionally gifted in the areas of Negotiation. Kim knows how to Buy, Sell and Profit from Real Estate Investing, based on Twenty plus Years of hands-on experience.
