Rudi Widdershoven

Rudi & Trish Widdershoven have called the Parksville Qualicum Beach & Nanoose Bay area (Oceanside) home since 1983. We bring a team approach to real estate, believing in working together with our neighbours, friends and clients,(who become friends), to support them in making well informed decisions about the local housing market and lifestyle here. We try and make the whole process understandable and make the experience of buying & selling as stress free as possible. We truly believe the real estate business is about "Building relationships, & Fullfiling Dreams"!

Rudi and Trish became a real estate team when Rudi joined her full time and activated his real estate license in 2002. Rudi's 14 years as an RCMP officer, (including getting a Medal of Bravery!), plus 10 years working for The City of Parksville, (Bylaw Enforcement. Economic Development, Industrial Park lot sales,and general "go to guy") give him extremely diverse insights into dealing with people. Rudi's real estate experience is both residential and commercial. Rudi is also a Director & Vice President of the Parskville and District Chamber of Commerce and has done a great deal of community volunteer work over the years. Rudi has also been ia Re/Max 100% Club member since becoming a realtor.

Trish licensed in 1989 & has been a top producer since 1991. She earned most of Royal Lepage's Club Awards in her 12 years with them and since joining RE/MAX in 2000 has received, RE/MAX 100% Club,Platinum Club & Hall of Fame Awards. She is also a member of VIREB's Medallion Club. Trish is a past director of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, (VIREB) and she currently serves as a member of the Standards of Business Practice Committee for VIREB. For many years Trish was a member of The B.C. Real Estate Association Goverment Relations Committee. Trish also served a term at the national level of the government relations committee for The Canadian Real Estate Association. (CREA)
