Patricia Houlihan

Patricia is a third generation realtor, born and raised in Vancouver. She has been monitoring and analyzing the real estate market in the Lower Mainland for most of her life. She has a Law degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree and she has practiced law for over fifteen years. She has also achieved the designation of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and their most prestigious Million Dollar Guild Membership. Patricia applies her energy to achieving her clients' objectives while exceeding their service expectations. She loves her work and it shows in her results!

Her career background has allowed her to develop a high level of professionalism and a client-focused approach to doing business. Through her career, Patricia has done work for some of the country's top commercial and residential developers and for those doing smaller mixed use projects. She has also been buying, renovating and selling residential properties for over fifteen years. She has owned companies operating in Japan and Canada, giving her a keen understanding of her commercial clients' needs.

As an active triathlete, Patricia has recently completed Ironman Canada and qualified for Canada's national triathlon team to attend the World Triathlon Championships in Cancun, Mexico. Patricia applies her energy to achieving her clients' objectives while exceeding their service expectations. She loves her work and it shows in her results!

Patricia frequently speaks to groups about real estate issues including getting into the market and real estate investment. In addition to being interviewed by the media on these issues, she has spoken to groups including the Women's Expo, the Professional Women's Network and the Downtown Business Association.
