Deborah Kline

I have lived in Victoria for 18 years and know the various neighbourhoods quite well. In my real estate career I have worked quite closely with newly landed immigrants and out of province buyers who are planning to move to Victoria in the near future. My approach to real estate is people first - I do this because I enjoy meeting so many great people. I have also worked in the charitable sector for various organizations such as Big Brothers & Big Sisters, BC Neurofibromatosis and with Canadian veterans in the social work field. This experience has helped me be more sensitive with my clients. I am able to assess their needs while staying focused on them as people.
Ethics and integrity are a must in all my interactions with my colleagues and with the public.

I have a Masters in Management and a degree in Theology as well. I have served as executive director and consultant to a variety of government and charitable organizations. I became a realtor because I wanted to continue working closely with clients but in a more flexible way.
