Wes Unger

Wes began his real estate career in 1990. After a few years of specializing in commercial real estate Wes saw a void in the Steinbach market and approached a builder to begin plans for Steinbach's first condominium. Since 1995 Wes has been specializing in the condo market and since the beginning has worked closely with Steinbach’s premier builder / developer G&E Homes (Credit is also due to Wes Reimer, former mayor pharmacist and friend for being instrumental in the early planning stage).

Today Steinbach and other towns in the Southeast offer a lifestyle only a condo can provide. Projects include Hanover Estates, Villas on Main, Stone Creek Courts, Maple Grove Estates, Parkview Villas, Copper Springs, Granite Gate Estates, Coral Cove Estates, Brooklyn Terrace, Horizon Villas and 2 new projects soon to be announced.

Prior to real estate Wes & his wife Jo were partners in several York Tire stores. Other credentials include:
