Hi, my name is Phil Booker. I have been a Real Estate Agent with Booker Realty for 5 years. Although I intended to pursue a career in real estate only temporarily as I made my way through school, I have been fortunate enough to fall in love with my work. While working towards my Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of New Brunswick here in Fredericton I have developed a strong understanding of Marketing, Finance and Negotiation and Dispute Resolution and have applied these tools to my career in real estate. I am fortunate enough to work in partnership with my father, (Phil Booker Sr.) Broker/Owner of Booker Realty and I have benefited a great deal from his knowledge and experience as an active Real Estate Agent here in Fredericton for nearly 40 years now. Between learning from his experience in the real estate industry and gaining experience working 5 years in the field combined with my knowledge of marketing strategy, finance and the negotiation process I believe I have an edge in providing a superior service to my clients.
