Erika Banfield-Mosher

Erika has spent her post college years working as an administrator for a Real Estate company in Saint John, NB and in the financial industry. Being born and raised in Bridgewater, Erika wanted to bring her love for real estate home.

She brings to the table, experience with and a great knowledge of mortgages, passion for giving great customer service, and a desire to help people achieve their goals. Being on the front lines helping others find their perfect home is where she wants to be.

The South Shore of Nova Scotia is a paradise, offering properties of all sorts- residential, commercial, oceanfront, lakefront, agricultural, and historic. We have scenic walking trails, beautiful beaches, and fantastic views- who wouldn't feel at home on the South Shore?

Erika attended Maritime Business College in Halifax, Nova Scotia concentrating in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. From there, she went on to work for two financial institutions, concentrating in mortgage lending and loans. Thoroughly enjoying working in the banking industry, she also gave the real estate world a whirl as an administrator for a major real estate company in New Brunswick. This opened the door for her career in real estate.
