Prior to entering the entering the work force I obtained my Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education from St. Mary’s University in Halifax. My early professional career was spent in the transportation industry in Nova Scotia where I rose to become the General Manager-Maritimes for one of Canada’s largest transportation companies. Desiring to operate my own business I opened and operated a 250 seat restaurant in Halifax for eight years. During this time I also was involved with operating several other independent businesses. After selling my restaurant I wanted to continue to utilize and develop my professional and personal skills and consequently entered the real estate industry. During my first full year in business I was the number one real estate agent for sales in the Exit Optimum office.
