I do this by developing and maintaining relationships through professional associations in our community as well as staying up to date with all the latest on-line networking tools at our disposal as Realtors.

Once we have identified these opportunities we then take the time to carefully match your selling and buying needs with one of our Premier Service trained Realtors.

Recruitment of new agents also falls under the umbrella of Business Development.
