We have lived in Aurora for close to 30 years, ( my Husband Jim for 37 years) and been in real estate for 15years. I love to help find the right home and sell their excisting one, to move on to the next chapter in their life. I have met and accumulated a large number of friends in the business of buying and selling, of which most have become my friends, and in turn create referral business for me. I like to be know as their Professional Real Estate agent, right up there with their Dr., Lawyer and Denist, not to forget Accountant.
We have two children Michael and Angela, and four grandchildren. My daughter-in-law is also a real estate agent in the Barrie area, so we have a large part of Ontario covered between the two of us.
I was involved as a parade committee member for the revival of the Aurora Canada Day Parade this year, and that was great fun, hard work, but I met a number of great people, and am looking forward to assisting for the 2009 parade. I have been a memeber of the Aurora Leisure Complex, and Aurora Chamber of Commerce for over 15 years as well.
I currently have just started to write a colume in the Aurora Snap paper, which is I am enjoying, until it is deadline time. The colume is 'Merilyn's News and Views"
