Before choosing a REALTOR® ask how many listings he or she is carrying. Divide that number into the number of hours that REALTOR® says he or she works in a week and you'll have an idea of the maximum amount of time that REALTOR® could possibly spend on you. Subtract from that the amount of additional time that REALTOR® needs to spend prospecting to generate so many listings. Subtract the time that REALTOR® will spend with buyers. Will that busy REALTOR® really have enough time to meet YOUR needs? When a REALTOR® gets too big, service suffers. I pledge to carry no more than 8 listings at one time.
