Growing up in South Western Ontario, I learned to live and adapt to the needs that present itself in life. I greatly enjoyed my 18 years of life in Wallaceburg, Ontario. Wallaceburg will always be my home away from home!
I then moved to Guelph, where I studied Sociology and obtained my degree: Honours, Bachelors of Arts. I was fortunate to meet my husband while attending the University of Guelph. I continued my studies in education in North Bay, Ontario before marrying and moving to Churchill, Ontario, where we currently reside. My son was born in 2007 and is a precious addition to our family.
In all of those moves, I learned that home is not just a house, but it is made up of the people and community members that surround the everyday happenings of 'life'. Home - to me- is not just a place, but a lifestyle.
