Shannon Murree

I grew up South of Barrie in what used to be a little town of Aurora, Ontario. Now Aurora has grown into a "City" though still has that small, hometown feel. Fortunately, my family relocated to Stroud which is one of my favourite small towns in Innisfil. I followed suit and I've been a resident of Barrie for ten years.

I purchased properties, became a local investor and developed my own Property Management company. Having a passion for Real Estate I decided it was time to acquire my license and take my "hobby" as a full-time career.

Having done several real estate transactions personally, I'm happy to pass on my experience and knowledge to my clients and customers. I'm not going to say that all my personal transactions were successful because they were not. As odd as that sounds, I'm grateful for that because it makes me the best Real Estate Representative I can be because I want my clients to avoid those pitfalls. For this reason, I am extremely thorough and detailed when it comes time to the negotiation process.

I work with various clientele whether buying, selling or renting. I also have excellent resources for individuals that need to qualify for a mortgage with bad credit, little or no downpayment.
