Mentored by his father, whose name sits above the family business, Jack immediately focused on becoming a real estate broker as soon as the doors of high school closed behind him 20 years ago. Within four years he was awarded CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation by the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

When Jack gets the chance to unwind he enjoys running a men’s league basketball team in the winter, skiing and playing tennis. But what makes him truly happy at the end of the day, is coming home to his wife, and their two young children. Jack Dyer has been a licensed Realtor since 1988. Jack is a past president and current member of the Cambridge Real Estate Board (1999) in his 20th year of service. Jack is also a designated Real Estate Appraiser and holds the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation granted by the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
