Astrid is a firm believer in “giving back” to the community, by supporting the Pink Ribbon fund with the Canadian Cancer Foundation and is on the RE/MAX committee of Habitat for Humanity. Phase 3 Commercial: Focuses on basic investment decisions, mortgage mathematics and the fundamentals of buyer/seller representation including proposals and marketing strategies. Agents are proficient in drafting offer agreements and prepare related documentation. Given the scope of commercial activity, discussions and exercises include specialty areas such as retail and office leasing, sale of businesses, and industrial real estate.
Principals of Appraisal: Methodologies needed for accurate value estimates when listing, marketing, financing, and selling residential property. The agent is able to perform detailed steps within the appraisal process, apply appraisal techniques, analyze common marketplace scenarios, and complete detailed form reports. Detailed site and building analyses and comparable sales data are used in arriving at opinion of market value.
