I am a full time sales professional who has lived in the Durham area for over 25 years and am enjoying the challenges of helping clients buy and sell homes in the country as well as our urban areas. Having built and subcontracted homes (from 1840's log wall to frame) I offer a familiarity with home construction which enables me to represent my clients better in purchase and sales negotiations. Prior to receiving licensing as a sales representative I WORKED!!! 31 years as a secondary school educator . Working as an ecucator taught me to dot my "I'' 's and cross my "T" 's --- thus I pay particular attention to detail in writing your contracts of Purchase and Sale. In 2008 I received the GMAC Diamond Award which is given to the realtor whos' clients have shown %100 satisfaction in the survey returns sent to those clients by GMAC--- I work for you until the job is done to your satisfaction. All is not work-- I do play and when I have time I enjoy pursuing the activities of windsurfing, skiing, motorcycle touring , mountain biking and running. I should note that I am available 24 hrs a day by cell phone --whether I am on a ski slope ,plunging down a rocky trail on a bike in the Gnaraska or negotiating a purchase in Port Hope.
