I have over 31 years experience of ultimate work services, before becoming a Real Estate Sales Representative. Having lived and worked in both major cities and rural areas, I have gained a sustantial knowledge base of cultures, lifestyles, wants and needs of individuals, couples and families, including the purchase or sale of a home buyer or home owners sale of residence on today's housing market. I am very familiar with the Greater Toronto Area as a whole and work extensively throughout Durham Region and Surrounding municipalities. Since relocating to Oshawa to reside in 1997, my involvement in the community has remained active. For several years I have served as a Board Director for the Head Injury Association of Durham Region. I am a member of the Local Planning and Development Group for Durham Region, whose primary focus is improving the lifestyles, wellness, and employment re-entry to the workforce of all individuals with a disability residing in Durham Region. I am a member of the Oshawa Chamber of Commerce and am networked with other professionals throughout the region. For several years I have also retained candidate member status with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and belong to the Oshawa, Whitby Durham Chaptor.
