Kathy Della-Nebbia

Kathy Della-Nebbia, maiden name Fournier, was raised in Hamilton and attended Bishop Ryan and Saltfleet High Schools.

First licensed in Real Estate in 1985, Kathy developed a successful career by providing her clients with a caring and professional approach to sales. Seven years later Kathy left her career to raise a family. A great believer in doing what you do to the best of your abilities, Kathy dedicated herself to her family with the same zealous she provided her clients. Once her children were in school full time a decision had to be made. Return to the beloved career or not? Well the career won out and Kathy re-licensed in 2004. Lots had changed but all of it was very exciting and in Kathy's opinion "much needed". Forming a partnership with long time friend and mentor, Carol Stinson. Kathy made decisions that would allow her to offer that same great, 100% service and a balanced life. What better way then to offer clients "2 for 1". Carol's over 20 years experience, attention to detail, extensive knowledge and similar approach to "100% and then some" customer service "made it a perfect fit".

Kathy prides herself in building relationship's with her clients. "Treating people the way we all want to be treated".
