When you buy your home through the listing agent, it’s important to remember that they are working for the Seller, and have the Seller's best interests at heart. You should have a Realtor who is working for you, and that's where I come in. You can hire me as your Buyer's Agent. And when you hire me, it's like getting two agents for the price of one, since you automatically get my Licensed Assistant, Maureen. Some other Realtors may advertise in pairs as "partners", but most of them are really competing with each other, and cover for one another when they are away on holiday.
