First I'm a husband and a Dad. Married for 18 years with one daughter (14) one wife and one dog. Enjoy motorcycling in the summer, kayaking when I can, biking when I'm able and fixing things for fun. I enjoy renovating homes, boating and spending time with my wife, Fran and daughter Emma.
I attended Uof Ottawa, Univ. of Texas Pan-Am and Univ. of Southern Maine with honors the last two years and perfect 4.0 grade point in the last year at Maine.
I have a varied background before my 16 years in Real Estate with experience across many occupations. Building homes, road construction, printing industry and government work as well . While a Realtor in the USA I was also employed as a contractor for FEMA as a Federal Emergency Disaster Inspector since 1998 up to and including Katrina.
I enjoy people and the challenge to meet total strangers, befriend them ,gain their trust in dealing with one of the largest items they may purchase or sell in their lifetimes..... and successfully complete the deal with everyone satisfied with the results....then get up and do it all again.....and again.....and again.

Owned and operated my own Real Estate Brokerage in the USA for 10 years before returning to my home province and Eastern Ontario. Over 1000 hours of courses in the USA, brokers licenses from Texas and Maine and a sales license here in Ontario. Vast array of real estate experience from orange groves, Victorian mansions, row houses, ranches, businesses, commercial, investment, multi-family, land, new construction, subdivisions, lots, speculation, residential, waterfront, cottage, retirement, flips...you name it I've probably sold it.
