David & Joyce Armstrong

Joyce and David Armstrong are a husband and wife team with over 40 years of combined Real Estate experience. They are both Broker's who have been working for Century 21John DeVries Ltd. their entire real estate careers. David is a Past President of the Ottawa Real Estate Board (1998) and was a Director with the Ontario Real Estate Association representing Eastern Ontario from 2001-2003.

They both pride themselves on their dedication to the real estate industry and their clients. They believe in their slogan "With an attitude of gratitude". Both Joyce and David appreciate what the real estate business has given them and their family and the are truly appreciative of the support they get from their past clients, friends and family.

Joyce and David live in Barrhaven, a suburb of Ottawa, with their two children Laura and Mark. They enjoy their family life together. Have a wonderful home and are active in the community.

They met while in High School at Earl of March in Kanata and were married in 1982. While David completed his Bachelor of Physical Education (Admin) at the University of Ottawa, Joyce worked for Digital Equipment of Canada as a Human Resources Clerk and then with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp as a Mortgage Renewal Plan Coordinator. She joined the family real estate company in September 1983. David pursued a career in recreation after University but joined Joyce in real estate in 1989. The rest they say is history.
