Paul Ferri

Paul has over sixteen years of sales experience including four years in sales management at the National level. He joined the Real Estate profession in 2002, after many years of increasing sales responsibility in the Automated Data Collection (ADC) industry. His training in technology, contracts, public speaking, negotiation, consultative selling and management has provided him with an ideal blend of skills that is well suited to a Real Estate practitioner.

His real estate focus has been in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), particularly the Western GTA. He has a solid background in Commercial investments and sales/leasing in the Industrial and Retail sectors.

In order to provide a full range of services for clients in our immediate market he has expanded his coverage in the Yorkville area to include residential condos, both as investment vehicles and as primary or secondary residences. His in-depth analysis skills, attention to detail, marketing skills, and intimate knowledge of the Yorkville district make him an ideal match for both commercial and condo clients in the Yorkville area. He is the publisher of the Yorkville eNewsletter, an electronic newsletter devoted to the "People, Places and Things" of Yorkville.

Paul was born, raised and educated in Toronto. He has coached for the Erin Mills Soccer Club, serves his church in a variety of roles and currently serves as a Board Member for a local community organization.

Paul is member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Commercial Division, the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the Canadian Real Estate Association. As a representative of RE/MAX Unique Inc., Paul is part of an experienced Real Estate team with the depth that is necessary to provide a high level of service in today’s complex world of real estate.
