SANTINO was born and raised in Toronto and is a graduate of York University with a B.A. in Business and Finance. He began his career with Grant Thronton Chartered Accountants. He has had additional training by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and of course completed his training to become a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board. Recent upgrading includes courses at York University and at the Toronto Real Estate Board including Marketing, Negotiation Skills 1 and 2, Closing is Everything, Becoming Condo Savvy and Realty Tax. SANTINO "THE SAINT" has been in business since 1988. He has been with Sutton Group since 1993. He is a Sutton Group "Presidents Award" recipient, for record sales and excellent professional service, from year to year.
