Chris O'Neill

Hello,

My name is Chris O'Neill and I work for Point2 Technologies as an Enterprise Account Executive. Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by technology. I built my first computer at the age of 15 and knew then and there that technology was my calling. Through my varying life experiences, I've also learned how to identify with people and communicate in a manner that is relatable and easy to follow. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and if the one thing you remember is "hey, that Chris guy was so helpful", then I feel I have done my job well.

These traits lend themselves well to my work with MLS's and real estate associations across North America. I demonstrate how the Point2 listing syndication solution increases the value proposition MLS's and associations provide to their members and the benefits that come along with that.

A word about listing syndication technology:

Listing syndication is the process of distributing listing information across many consumer real estate websites to the benefit of the listing broker and agent. Point2 was a pioneer in the field of online real estate listing syndication dating back to 2005. This technology has gained mass popularity in recent years as real estate professionals realize the expansive nature of the internet and the need to reach consumers wherever they may be online. This previously meant that brokers and agents needed to manually maintain data across many online channels. Working in conjunction with the MLS/Association, Point2 has automated this process and generates a significant amount of online traffic for our members as a result.
