Rod Macleod

I was born and raised in rural Saskatchewan and educated at the University of Saskatchewan. Following graduation, I was fortunate to be able to remain in Saskatchewan with my wife and family while working for the City of Saskatoon for 25 years. My involvement with facilty management and rental property management/operation led me to an interest in the Real Estate industry.
It is exciting to see the changes in Real Estate happening right now in Saskatchwan. I look forward to the opportunity to inform others about what our Province has to offer.

-Knowledge of agencies within the City, smaller towns, acreages & farms - Over 25 years of general management, facility management and rental property management & operation.
-Knowledge of effective and proven Marketing Program - Experience in Residential houses/condos, rental properties, farms/acreages.
- Knowledge of Market Prices, buyer and seller protection, mortgages, qualifying, etc.
- Knowledge of real estate & use of current technology.
- Negotiating skill - Skilled in listening to obtain desired results - Years of experience in client representation, negotiation and responsibility for the rights of customers.
