Costa Rica Buyer's Agent (CRBA), a registered Costa Rican real estate corporation. The company is represented world wide by George Prescott, Realtor GRI a licensed Florida real estate agent, TransNational Certified for International Sales Transactions. Costa Rica Buyer's Agent (CRBA) only represents buyers as they consider the purchase of real estate in Costa Rica or seek a long term rental home or condo. CRBA works to understand the buyer's interests and goals to purchase real estate in Costa Rica, to pre-qualify the buyer and assist them to obtain Costa Rican financial approval before they begin their search, and to refer the buyer to a leading real estate professional in Costa Rica to support the buyers needs. CRBA has a cooperative arrangement to co-broker the buyer representation and share in the responsiblity to support the buyer, the transaction and the commission. The cooperating real estate professionals in Costa Rica are not employees of CRBA, and CRBA remains the Buyer's Agent in the purchase process. A referral commission is the only compensation CRBA receives, and does not charge buyers a fee for it's services. CRBA refers buyers to professional local agents in Costa Rica with whom we have a long established trusted relationship and respect for their knowledge and professionalism.
