Hello! My name is Cheryl H. RInehart and I am a real estate agent in the Punta Cana area of the Dominican Republic. I received my real estate license in 2000 in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey because I wanted to invest in foreclosures and I knew a real estate license would help me do that.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working in the real estate field. I am a self-motivated go-getter. I moved to the DR in June 2006 and have learned this market, invested, learned Spanish, and have launched a sucessful real estate business in this area. Cheryl Rinehart has been successfully investing in real estate for the past 8 years.

She and her contractor husband, Chris, run C&C Real Estate, LLC in Philadelphia, PA specializing in investment, commercial, and rental real estate.

Cheryl has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University, St Louis,MO (BSEE Dec ’93).

She worked for Procter & Gamble Company as a fast-track manager for 7 years until her entrepreneurial spirit prompted her to jump off the train and start her own business. “Working a job wasn’t getting me where I wanted to go fast enough. I wanted to be on my own train - an accelerated one. Real estate was the ticket.”

Cheryl has been recognized as one of the top selling RE/MAX agents in all of the Caribbean and Central American Regions. In Feb 2008 Cheryl decided to branch out on her own and now she is the Broker / Owner of her own real estate company, DR4Sale.
