Baja Fair Trade agents are a specialized group of agents who focus on delivering what you come to Baja to buy in the first place: REAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. We promote and utilize full escrow of funds, title insurance, and disclosure of known issues affecting property values. Exceptions to this secure property purchasing process will only be at the request of the Buyer with an appropriate disclosure of the risks by the Baja Fair Trade agent.

We welcome all real estate agents who agree to be publicly held to these business practices to join by completing the registry application located on this site.

NOTE: Registry members must have legal rights to work in Mexico in accordance with Mexican immigration laws.
