Lenny Morales was introduced to Mexico by his parents, who brought him regularly as a child. In the 1980's his family bought 5 acres of land near Puerto Nuevo and in Jan 2006 Lenny and his wife Donna moved to that home permanently. While in California Lenny worked for Remax and wished to continue in real estate in Baja too. So, he immediately went to work for Remax. In 2008, he affiliated with Realty Executives Gibbs and Associates and was allowed to build his own team. Lenny is very proud of the team working with him at the San Antonio office.
Jorge and Brenda Lugo. Jorge was born in Mexico City and brings with him a true love and understanding of Mexico and the people. He and his wife Brenda has been living in beautiful Rosarito Beach for almost five years, where they bought a gorgeous 3,100 sq ft beach front home where they enjoy watching the dolphins and whales from their veranda. Brenda has had much success in network marketing and has a history of social networking. Jorge owns a business in San Diego and maintains several accounts on both sides of the border; he is a man of all trades where public relations and sales are a major part of the day to day operations. Brenda says, “I've had the pleasure of building my dream home in Granite Bay which started the habit of going to look at beautiful homes. When we moved to Mexico I looked at incredible homes here at half the price with spectacular ocean view, and at the time I thought I should go into real estate. Four years later we were invited to join the “Dream Team with Realty Executives, who truly do make dreams come true and we are delighted to be a part of it.”
Jose Sanchez, originally from the beautiful state of Jalisco, Mexico, has spent most of his adult life on the white sand beaches of Maui, Hawaii. There he successfully managed 2 fine dining restaurants. He is married to a very smart and gorgeous surgical nurse and has raised 2 adventurous step children. Jose and his beautiful wife moved to San Antonio Del Mar in May 2007 to prepare for a dream come true retirement over the next 15 years. Since living in San Antonio Del Mar he has managed a few homes for vacation rental and long term rentals. He has now broadening his services by joining Realty Executives, a company with fantastic training and a trusting reputation throughout Baja. We know he has a reputation of bringing a kind, honest, dedicated and intelligent service to his clients. He brings the spirit of Aloha into all of his personal and business relationships, and we are excited about welcoming him into the San Antonio del Mar office.
Lorrie Caldwell was born & raised in California. She has spent most of her life performing personal services, where she has learned the art of listening and is a competent communicator. Lorrie and her husband Michael moved from the hectic fast-paced city life to Mexico, in June of 2006. Here they enjoy all the benefits of coastal life along with the wonderful atmosphere of the Mexican culture. They enjoy golfing, relaxing sunsets, walks on the beaches and visiting local cities to enjoy the night life, including a movie theater & dancing. Lorrie is attentive to an individuals needs and understands their desires. We are confident she can help everyone find their perfect piece of paradise.
