Rosy Castaneda

I was born in Baja California Mexico, my family came from Jalisco Mexico. The family moved to San Diego Cal. in 1977.. I did most of my education in the US. I got my Real Estate California Licence Realtor since 2005. I did Real Estate in San Diego for a year and one half and them started doing Real Estate here in Baja Cal. Mexico. Because I had cash out of San Diego Cal. in 2004 and moved to Rosarito, it made lots of sense to start Real Estate here in my own neighborhood. I have been doing Real Estate here in Mexico for a year in one half and I am staying here.

I know my area and prices by sold comparables. I know the beaches and the private communities. I know the developments (the best and the worst). I have almost every answer to most questions and if I don't know the answer, I will find it for you. I have lived in the US and have been living here for my second time in my life as a dual citizen (US and Mexico).

My background has been Customer Service. When I was 19 years of age I became independent, I started working for a Catering food company (Luch Wagons or better known roach coches). I started as a cook and work my way into a independent driver. I was leasing the wagon and getting my own work sites, construction and office building sites. It was my own business and I worked until I turned 25. I then turn around and when back to College for 2 yrs. Got my bussiness adm. aa degree and started working for Sanyo Corporation as a Bilingual Administrative for the V.P. After 2 yrs. I got a job with NEWORK ELECTRONICS as a International Sales Representative/Customer Service. I assisted the client list and coordinated all of the air and ocean shipments to their final destination. Then the company down size and I whent to work for Anacomp Mnfg. company. I was also almost in the same kind of work description but here assisting all of the Sales reps. in the Pacific Rim Area. Again after 4 years with them company re-organization/down size and was left with no work with them. I started looking into the Real Estate and so I got I Cal. Licence in 2004. I worked for 2 years and also cash out of the US and moved to Baja with in this time. I started looking into working in this area and was introduced to Point 2 Agent in Oct. of 2006. I have become independent since and work out of my home with my own schedule and the best thing NO MORE MORTGAGE.
