I have lived in Mexico, specifically the Riviera Maya for 11 years. I have practiced real estate for 10 years, the past three with Coldwell Banker when our broker bought the franchise. I am based in Puerto Aventuras, but sell from Cancun south to Sian Kaan.

I have been in the President Circle or Elite for each year I have been with Coldwell Banker and one or more of our offices has performed consistently in the top five offices in Mexico.

I have over 30 years of sales experience.

We specialize on beachfront or waterview condos. Puerto Aventuras has a marina so there are many condominiums built or being built around the public and private marina. We have million (plus) dollar oceanfront and beachfront homes as well.

Puerto has a golf course so there are also lots and houses available.

I have been selling real estate in the Riviera Maya for the past ten years. We bought the Coldwell Banker franchise three years ago and I have consistently performed in the Presidents Circle and/or Elite. I also have Previews Certification

I started my career in Wall Street and quickly became the first female municipal bond underwriter in the country. I then changed to sales, and was the first female institutional bond salesperson (we called ourselves salesmen then :-) ) for a major player , First Pennco, in New York City.

After a few years in Atlanta and a brief stint as a real estate agent, I returned to New York City and became the first headhunter to specialize solely in the municipal bond industry. I had my firm SWEA ll Ltd for 16 years.

Finally, after having started diving and becoming cave certified, I decided a change in lifestyle was imminent.

I moved to Mexico, dove for a year and then DOVE into real estate. I went to work with Teresa Gutierrez at Caribbean Realty and we are now Coldwell Banker Caribbean Realty.

I am based in Puerto Aventuras, just 12 miles south of Playa del Carmen where we have two more offices. I work with a partner, Guillermo (Memo) Hernandez so our clients will never be left unattended and because I have the utmost respect for him. Memo has lived here for 15 years and has been in the business the whole time. He joined our company three years ago and we have been partners almost from the start.

I guess that's about it. IWe have loyal clients and work very hard for them. I love the business, the sun and the sea.....it doesn't get any better than this!
