Here is a little about me. I am 42 years old, living and working fulltime in Mexico full time. I am one of two partners in Casa Fina Real Estate, Development, and Construction Corporation. I manage the Real Estate and Development side of our operations and my business partner Rudy Guzman operates the construction division of our business. I have been developing and selling real estate in Puerto Penasco/Rocky Point Sonora Mexico for over seven years to date. My business partner, Rudy has been building homes in Puerto Penasco for over twenty years. I have extensive knowledge of the Mexico real estate marketplace as well as I am well educated in Mexico real estate law in regards to closings, setting up bank trust, and working with local ejido's.
