My first time in Puerto Penasco was in 1987 and I discovered that there was no place to buy fishing tackle. In 1986 I opened a fishing tackle shop with a Mexican friend that was well known with the Ponga's. After 5 sucessful years we added a 28ft. Sea Ray Boat to the business called "Tres Amigos". In 1993 we sold the boat and the business. As a businesman over the years I have had many ventures, from a fast food franchisee of multiple locations to assisting in developing a major footwear company.After moving to Arizona from Colorado I created a consulting company. This company has opened and operated Maqualidor in Sonota to reloacating a $40m custom wheel manufacturer from California to Arizona. I have been dealing in Real Estate alll my life and after receiving CERTIFICATION from Hermosillo I became a licenced Realitor in the State of Sonora, Mexico with Realty Executives in 2004. I support AMPI, which is the largest Real Estate professional organization in Mexico. I am well respected in Puerto Penasco community and have many many old frineds and contacts in this area. As a resutl of my respected business knowledge and the knowledge & frinedships in Mexico, I have been active in major developments all the way down to small residence in town. Condo's, land, losts, homes and developnemts............all I ask is that before deciding on ANY Realitor for your investment that you interview at least 3 and I hope that I would be one of them.
