Heidi Wosak

Heidi moved to Puerto Peñasco in 2004, at that time she held a Real Estate Sales Person License & California Appraiser License. Over the years Heidi has been involved with real estate associations, locally and internationally. Serving as VP of Memberships for AMPI in 2005, Heidi led a pro active campaign to register the real estate agents in Puerto Peñasco in complying with the Sonoran State Registry Law. Serving with Coldwell Banker for 3 years, she was awarded within the top 10% globally each year. In early 2007 Heidi redirected her energy and enthusiasm to a new endeavor~ “The Real Estate & Yacht Club”, the first multi fractional ownership program of it’s kind. This company also specialized ONLY in beachfront investment opportunities. In the late summer of 2007 Mexico Real Estate & Yacht Club merged with Century 21 Sun & Sand of Puerto Peñasco. Heidi was named General Director and Designated Broker. The overall guiding principle for the company is to ensure that when you purchase in Puerto Peñasco or any Real Estate in Mexico, that the transaction is “actually conducted” in a safe and secure manner. They accomplish this by working with experts in their field who mirror the real estate processes and procedures used in the United States.
