Realty Executives Rocky Point

After moving to Tucson, Arizona in 1985, I started visiting "Arizona's Beach". I was coming to Rocky Point so often, I decided to move here.
When I first moved to Puerto Penasco, "Rocky Point" Mexico in May 2006, I started with Realty Executives. After 1.5 years there I went on my own and opened my own real estate office "Penasco Beach Realty". Being on my own as an independent taught me many facets of the Mexico real estate industry. After being independent for 7 months I was approached by the owners of FMI, First Mexican Investments to be their broker. They had previously owned the Realty Executives franchise in Penasco several years ago. They have since repurchased it and since it is under new ownership and new management, I am happy to say that Realty Executives is BACK!! I'm very pleased to be working with the new owners. They are very flexible and fun to work with. They have a great reputation of having successful businesses. I had been with a national direct sales organization which works doctors, dentists, hospitals, attorneys, franchsie owners, actually any business owner that was experiencing slow pay and delinquent accounts. I was marketing a "nice guy in the collection business" accounts receivable recovery service. Nice to the debtors, and even nicer to the clients because our fee was $13 fixed fee per account/debt, rather than paying a collection agency up to 50% of the amount of money owed. I still represent a fixed fee collection service.
This ties in very well to Mexico resort real estate because I help these businesses increase their cash flow in their businesses and then they can have their money in their hands so they can make a purchase in Mexico at a beach front home or condo! Yes, there's a method to my madness!
