I am Rosemareza P. Abad, a licensed real estate broker based in Cebu, Philippines with REB LIC NO. 2006-1170(N).

I have started in the real estate business as an investor in 1993. In 2005 I took the Comprehensive Real Estate Review and took the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam in Cebu City. I was blessed to have passed the exam and privileged to serve others who are looking for good property investments.
