Having taught himself about computers in his early years, he used this inclination to put up AZT TRADING where he further honed his business and computer skills. He has shown that he can adapt to the ever changing world of technology by marketing his listings online and by maintaining his own real estate website.

Charles is a relatively newcomer in real estate selling but his family has been in the business ever since he could remember. Aside from being real estate dealers, they are also into leasing with their commercial buildings and wet & dry markets in the Novaliches area.

He grew up being influenced by both Chinese and Filipino cultures having studied in Grace Christian High School. He got his entrepreneurial spirit and frugality from the Chinese while learning also about the Filipino values of “pakikisama” and “pakikipagkapwa-tao”. Values that are indeed crucial to business and especially in real estate where brokers regularly deal with people in their day-to-day transactions.

A graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Management Economics, Charles worked for FILIPINAS INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT CORPORATION for three years after college in various positions in Documentations and Sales. Happily married and a proud father of a 5 year old boy, he is passionate about clean living and enjoys badminton as well as an occasional game of bowling and basketball.
