Real Estate Agent since 1998; Broker since 2001; Past Director Alabama CCIM Chapter Board; Director Montgomery Lions Club; Member Committee 100 (a by-invitation-only Chamber Industrial Development Group); Member First United Methodist Church; Married to Drennen Payne Moore; two children Bentley and Katharine. Jerome Joined MCRI in 1998. Since that time, he has taken a company which was winding down, back to being a major player in the Tri-County area. In the process he has grown the Property Management Division from 30,000 SF to over 1.4 M SF. During the same period he has orchestrated over 200 transactions totaling $42+ million dollars, not including lease renewals which are MCRI’s specialty! Jerome is aggressive; hard working and dedicated to serving his clients. Jerome also speaks Spanish at a conversational level.
