Mark Archer

My name is Mark Archer and I have been in the valley now for 25 years. I have seen first hand the ups and downs in our real estate market. I became a real estate agent in 2002 however, prior to 2002 I was involved in the real estate market on the investor side of the market. I was involved in the purchasing of investment properties and transforming them into what is generally called "CASH COWS". These properties were then sold as businesses. I have been involved in business transactions with a wide spectrum of investors. With that being said, I have a complete understanding of what it is that todays investors are looking for. My goal and Philosphy in business as well as in life is to help people to achieve their goals and by doing so I am able to realize my own goals.
