OK Realty, Inc. is a small independant office owned and run by Reg (Broker) and Doris (Associate Broker). In March 2007 we moved from a rented office to establish a home office. This has worked very well for us.

Our property management service ranges from unfurnished longer term rentals to furnished vacation, business, or guest rentals. These can be rented by the weekend, a week, a month or longer.

On real estate transactions we generally work with a buyer or buyers, not the seller. While we list properties that are under our management when the owner decides to sell, we neither farm for, nor accept other listing. We are members of the local MLS and therefore have access to all information.
