I'm probably the typical Arizonan....relocated from Southern California in hopes of finding a better quality of life for myself and my family. When I first arrived here in 1986, (yep, I'm dating myself) I found alot of possibilities here-- the wide open spaces, the abundance of economic opportunity, and a calmer lifestyle that took me back to my own childhood.

I enjoy the outdoors. On the weekend, you can find me hiking at the Cave Creek Recreational Park or the Dog Trail in NE Scottsdale, or swimming at LifeTime Fitness Center in Gilbert. I also have this insatiable appetite for renovating older homes in Central Phoenix. It reminds me of a simpler time, when character and definitive style were built into the home. I am a big believer in bringing back the "front-porch" neighborhood, and welcome the opportunity to work with anyone who is committed to that vision.

Currently, I am marketing and listing bank-owned properties primarily priced between $100,000-$350,000. Bank-owned homes within this price point generally receive multiple offers within 24-72 hours of listing on the marketplace. With homes now priced at year 2001 values...purchasing property today creates an abundance of upside opportunity in your future.

It is an exciting time, with the growth of downtown Phoenix, downtown Scottsdale, and its cultural centers-- in addition to the construction of our "Light-Rail" transportation system, and the expansion of Arizona State University's campus heading from Tempe to the Capitol Campus. With population growth projections continuing to rise, and the economic benefits inherent in relocating business to our borders-- metro Phoenix and its surrounding communities offer everyone sound real estate investment opportunities.

Arizona-- there is no place I'd rather be.
My vocational background is MARKETING, since 1979, from every angle possible. I began writing and designing advertising for real estate businesses in California, both for residential Realtors, real estate companies, and residential communities. Simultaneously, I was a copywriter and graphic designer for fashion, film, hi-tech, home product, creating both print and broadcast campaigns. While organizing photography shoots, I became versatile in staging the shots, which enabled me to truly understand "home staging".
As a writer, I have composed editorial for magazines, newspapers. I have also Written and Produced promotional films for Disney Theatrical, as well as created and sold a screenplay.
I left "Hollywood" to come to Arizona where I re-entered advertising and marketing. I worked on Mortgage, Residential, and Commercial Real Estate accounts. One project that comes to mind is handling the Public Relations for the Wrigley Mansion Club, when Geordie Hormel, Jr. purchased the property. From television exposure, aiding in menu selection, uniforms, landscape architecture, property renovation, photo shoots and more-- it was quite an undertaking!
In 1996 I decided to change my career; instead of working "behind the camera" I wanted to head in front. So, after 7 months of training, I became a local Arizona rock 'n roll disc-jockey, both at 93.3 KDKB, and 100.7 KSLX. The stories I could tell...
In 1999, I moved into Sales, Real Estate Sales and Property Renovation. My talents in Real Estate are a compilation of my work in advertising/public relations/marketing-- over 25 years. I am a contributing Business/Real Estate Reporter for an online news service, USA Voice.
When you hire me to perform Real Estate Marketing-- you get ME; you will not to be pawned off onto another Agent. My services are customized, as each client's needs are unique in nature. I view Property Listings as marketing a product-- how that product would appeal to a Buyer. I view Buyer's as those requiring specific services though the Big Picture must be kept in mind. The real estate decisions one makes today impacts one's options tomorrow.
When I speak with a potential client, a current client, and an on-going client, I ask the same question..."What's your story? What story would you like to create?" You talk, I listen.
Then, I grab a pen and paper...
And your real estate success story begins.
