Debora King (that's me) and AJ King are licensed REALTORs® in Arizona. To better serve our clients, we continuously work to improve our skills and knowlege in the real estate arena. I completed my ePRO certification in 2007. I also obtained The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
I'm a former engineer with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Concentration. I worked in high technology for 27 years before moving to real estate full time. I've lived in Arizona since I was four and currently live in northwest Chandler, Arizona "The East Valley." I've worked all over the greater Phoenix area - Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Goodyear, Queen Creek, Gilbert & Sun City. I drive a Prius to keep my travels more economical and environmentally friendly (45 miles plus to the gallon). I enjoy biking, running and swimming for fitness and for fun. I've completed lots of triathlons, 4 marathons and lots of half marathons. From my high tech career, I bring extensive negotiation skills and contracts experience. From my training to complete events like marathons & triathlons, I bring the experience to establish goals and the endurance and focus to accomplish them.

AJ and I have been real estate investors in Arizona since the 1970s. AJ also had a prior career in high technology and brings his experience gained from completing huge projects like building & testing satellites and managing semi-conductor test facilities. AJ is a licensed commercial and residential contractor. He grew up building houses with his father in New York and later in Arizona. We both have an avid interest in photography and invest in high end camera equipment, so you know if you are listing a home with us, you will have top quality photos to show it off to it's best advantage.
