Chandler, AZ
United States

Hi! Thanks for checking out my page on Active Rain. Well, a little bit about myself. Much like many of the folks in Arizona, I'm not a native. I grew up in New Jersey. Subsequently, I went to the University of Virginia where I received my BS in Chemical Engineering. I then went to Texas A&M where I received my MS and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering as well. Upon the completion of all my education, I took a 'process engineering' position with a large semiconductor company in the Southwest.

It was at this time that I purchased my first home. Within about a year, I decided to move and purchased another home. Rather than sell the first one, I kept it as an investment property. This started a real estate investing career that has seen me purchase and sell numerous properties in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. I currently own and manage single family homes, duplexes and fourplexes in these states as well.

Though I had numerous technical challenges to keep me occupied in my engineering career I also wanted an opportunity to more directly work with the customer or end-user. Real estate, specifically being a realtor, afforded the ability to work very closely with people in one of the most important transactions of their lives.

I have found that most of my clients are very pleased with my direct attitude, the information I provide as well as my knowledge of the product. I try not to point out how 'cozy' a home is - that is for the client to decide! A 'beautiful' backyard? Not for me to judge - that is up to the buyer! Rather, I emphasize the latest market data and trends (lots of folks overlook trends), advertise my listings aggressively with the latest technology and stay in nearly constant communication with my clients. My professional background in engineering as well as my knowledge of Real Estate (from my personal investments and constant market analysis) are often very reassuring to my clients - they know that I'm on the cutting edge, that I have all the necessary market knowledge and the highest level of customer service awaits them!

I look forward to working with you on your next Phoenix real estate transaction!
