Sylvia and her husband are avid byclist. During the week they do spinning classes when they can't be on the road cycing. Being active gives her the stamina to work hard and give her clients the best of her expertise in real estate.

Since entering the real estate market in 1976, Sylvia has worked doggedly to be the best in her field. With her Brokers licensed earned in 1978, Sylvia pressed on to obtain her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Negiotiation Specialist (CNE) as well as her e-Pro designation for technological proficiencies related to real estate transactions and marketing. These designations entailed hundreds of hours of advanced trainng and significant sales and work experience. Yearly she take over 40 hours of additional training to stay-on-top of the latest in the real estate industry.

Beside earning the Sales Woman of the Year award for Re/Max, Sylvia has received top-listing agent and top-selling agent awards consistently over the years before she ventured out to open her open office in 1988.

Sylvia and her husband, Ron, a Senior Qwest Engineer, have 5 grandchildren which they delight in spending time with.
